I know I have rung the office but just wished to put in writing, am grateful for all that was done to make our weekend a success.The coach was super - driver, well what can one say, he soon got use to our ways and joined in the humour and fun - great driver , very helpful. Just a short note to thank your staff for the excellent service we experienced last week, as part of our conference. Thanks particularly to ***** who accompanied us on the sunday tour who certainly gave our guests a great tour (even though the weather was not so forthcoming!) and to your very patient drivers who had to wait over the alloted time on a couple of occasions. Our guests have taken back home a very warm and hospitable impression of the Welsh and of Wales as a whole a great country to visit. Will you please pass on the enclosed card on to **** who was the driver who took members of the **** Brownie Pack to the Old Station at Tintern. **** was particularly helpful and kind to ***** who had broken her leg and had to be carried on and off the bus, and on top of that she wanted to sit at the back of the bus! I haven't written sooner as I went on holiday the day after the trip, and I wanted the girls to sign the card. So, thank you again for the excellent service all round.
