Just a short note to thank your staff for the excellent service we experienced last week, as part of our conference. Thanks for accompanying us on the Sunday tour. You certainly gave our guests a great tour (even though the weather was not so forthcoming!). Thanks to your very patient drivers who had to wait over the allotted time on a couple of occasions. Our guests have taken back home a very warm and hospitable impression of the Welsh and of Wales as a great country to visit. Thanks for giving us superb customer service which culminated for us in a very successful conference.
